		<description>Good luck with your restart.  I&#039;ve done a few rounds and most of my day is taken up by a 3 hour round trip commute and then 9-10 hours in an office.  I wanted to get in shape without interferring with the little family time I have so I comitted to workout out when everyone is sleeping. In my case that means 5:30 am workouts.  It sucks (especially when it&#039;s dark and cold out) but it&#039;s my only choice.  I don&#039;t do much traveling but that&#039;s got to be hard when trying to stick with a routine.  As Tony says &quot;keep pushing play...keep pushing play.&quot;</description>
