I’ve never done Yoga before. This was probably the most difficult workout so far. It’s not that it was painful or anything (at least not yet). The stretching felt pretty good. I’m just not coordinated enough yet to do some of this stuff and not feel like I’m going to fall over or pull a muscle. I enjoyed this workout, but as someone who has never done Yoga before, it was a major pain in the butt trying to watch what they were doing in the video and follow along at the same time. Maybe I need a TV on the floor and it would be ok
I guess that as time goes on, I’ll pick everything up and it’ll be fine, but for now I suck at it. If I had thought ahead, I would have watched the dvd ahead of time and got a feel for things.
The ab exercises at the end were pretty good and a nice change of pace from normal ab exercise that I’ve done in the past.

ya the yoga is pretty intese and i have been doing it for weeks now and it gets easier as the weeks go by. once you got the moves down you dont even really need the video. But ya i have been doing p90x for 6 weeks now and i would have to say it really honestly works and i love it and i am seeing results like every week
Keep it up! I’m on month 3 and feel and look great. Yoga will get easier and by the time recovery week comes around you’ll be doing it easy.
You obviously love P90X, have you ever looked into being a Beachbody Coach?
How many days into the program are you? I’ve been watching p90x closely, seems everyone is doing it these days. Good luck!
