		<description>I am in week 6 of the P90X program.  (I absolutely love it by the way).  When I started out the diet plan was perfect.  Now as I enter week 7 it seems like my apetite has increased and I am craving carbs instead of protein.  I can certainly ignore my cravings if necessary, but I am worried that I should listen to my body and eat more calories than I am now. I am fairly active.  In addition to P90X workouts, I also run 3-5 miles 2-3 times per week and hike 1 day a week.  On average I eat 1,500 calories a day with about 40 grams of protein. I also drink about 3 liters of water. Any suggestions?</description>
